Cheval Edinburgh Grande Hotel Wedding for Kerrie & Gregg was just beautiful.  An Edinburgh City Centre Wedding that was so quirky and I just loved their style!

The wedding

These two booked me pre Covid. As many have been through, they had to wait an extra year for this amazing celebration.

Kerrie looked stunning and very Burlesque with her corset dress, red lips, nails,  hair and makeup. Kerrie had a signed photo on display from The Queen of Burlesque Dita Von Teese. Whom she enjoys going to see regularly.

They got ready at Cheval The Edinburgh Grand. Which if you haven’t had the chance to visit, eat or stay at it’s a must.  Right in the heart of the beautiful city.

We travelled by Cab to the City Chambers on the Royal Mile for them to become man and wife on 5th November at 1pm. With 15 of their closest friends and family attending

Kerrie’s bridesmaid and Gregg’s best man are already husband and wife.  They had the same roles at their wedding. So very sweet and great great friends!
There was even a surprise visit from a friend waiting to jump on them outside the City Chambers armed with her bubble gun!

After a few photos we then jumped back in the cab to the Cheval Edinburgh Grande Hotel for their beautiful meal and drinks and speeches with their family.

We then played around with the amazing staircase with some photos of them which was exhausting but great fun and I do love the results!

Congratulations to the newlyweds Kerrie & Gregg and also for introducing a very cute Dachshund puppy called Poppy into their family this week, I am a big dog lover so already have had photos through!

Enjoy your memories Mr & Mrs Powell. xx

The Venue

A Cheval Edinburgh Grande Hotel Wedding is just beautiful.

Situated in the heart of Edinburgh on St. Andrew Square, Cheval The Edinburgh Grand features a selection of 50 uniquely designed luxury apartments, available to book for any length of stay.

The building itself is steeped in history and was formerly the headquarters of the National Bank of Scotland, subsequently becoming the global head office for the Royal Bank of Scotland until 2007. Many of the building’s original features were intricately rejuvenated during the restoration project.

For Weddings they work with their guests to ensure that every event is unique and reflects their personality as well as the venues
