The wedding
They married in a small intimate service with their lovely celebrant.
Lucia Pawlak went to school in Peebles and her family still lives here. But she now lives with her gorgeous hubby Dan in Virginia.
After a few years of shuffling their wedding day due to Covid. They eventually got an amazing celebration with just very close friends and family. Who came from all over to celebrate with them.
I loved my day with all their guests and Lucia & Dan were seriously model material!
There was beautiful sunshine and twinkly lights. Which added to the cool couple portraits we made around the Barony Castle grounds!

The Venue
An Imposing 16th century Castle has evolved into a traditional welcoming Hotel, Conference & Wedding Venue. Located south of Edinburgh on the edge of the Scottish Borders. The lovely town of Peebles, which sits on the banks of the celebrated River Tweed, is only a 10-minute drive away.
With a selection of indoor event spaces, lawns, gazebo, and even a 16th-century outdoor altar you can choose where you want to say “I Do”.
