Farm Wedding Photography has become a popular part of my business.  With more and more bookings each month.

I love travelling all over to different Farms.  I have been to places in  The Scottish Borders,  to Monmouth in Wales and everywhere in between.

How did it start

I started in 2013 with my first Farmer’s Wedding.

I took an unusual approach to involving livestock in the photos (one cow was particularly meaningful and was included in the shoot).  And the start of my farm wedding photography career.  This particular image had a big part to play in all my future bookings and word of mouth.

Farmer weddings tend to be big guest lists.  And often includes future wedding couples with farms.

I love a Farmer's Wedding!

They are mainly church or outdoor ceremonies with marquees. And include lots of cool spots nearby for photos.  Including forests, hills, farm equipment and livestock.  Creating a big part of the day and memories.

Here are some special images I have taken over the years and some very special couples…..

Planning your farm wedding

If you’re planning a farm wedding, there are a few things to keep in mind to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Firstly, consider the weather and have a backup plan in case of rain or extreme heat.
Secondly, make sure you have adequate restroom facilities available for guests.
Thirdly, consider the terrain of the farm and provide appropriate footwear recommendations.

Additionally, make sure to communicate any specific rules or guidelines with your guests beforehand.  Such as respecting the property and not wandering into restricted areas. Finally, embrace the rustic charm of a farm wedding by incorporating natural elements into your decor and catering choices.
